I think all of the greatest disruptions in the world were brought in by young people. Lets take rebellion for good as a positive thing rather than a negative thing. As a collective organisation, I think we could go and tell the government that we need a State Owned VC fund of Rs. 250 Crores. Why not, the NRI Deposits in Kerala is some Rs. 36 K Crores. If risk capital is available, there will be more young enterprises, more young people will stay back in Kerala and pursue their dreams. I am not sure if Rs. 250 Crores is enough. But it will mean a sea change in the ecosystem - the same way Technopark has helped the state ecosystem.

I agree with your point on 'unnecessary' political bickering, like which party's which leader should be on the front page news. But I disagree with 'unnecessary' religious activities. If you think 'kaavadi' is pointless, I would say, hanging stars for Christmas, and building straw-huts and playing Santa is also a waste of time. Even more, govt. funding Hajj pilgrimage is a wastage of national funds. (this is not flame-bait, pls don't flame, I'm just making a point)

But the rest, your presentation was excellent.

Would you think some youth independantly thinking this way would change Kerala? (or India?). Youth are always labelled rebellious? What should we, in the form of a collective organisation, do to spread YouthKerala thoughts?
